Lobo Sports | Placing an Order

Step 1. Design Request

Tell us some details about the jersey design you want created.
The Lobo Sports design team will help you create the design you detailed.
It usually takes about 1 to 2 business days to create a design. If the design is unsatisfactory or not completely what you had in mind, corrects are made free of charge.

Step 2. Design Confirmation and Payment

Once you confirm the design, you will be asked to provide the desired size, jersey number, & initials of each member of the team for which the jerseys are to be designed for.
You will then be given payment instructions(Paypal or bank transfer). Our in-house manufacturing facility runs on a system that begins production once payment is received. If payment is not made or delayed, the production process will be terminated.

Step 3. Sample Confirmation

For group orders or wholesale purchases, our production facility will produce a sample and send you a photo for you to confirm. If there is a problem with the sample, please tell us at this time so that we can make the necessary modifications before proceeding with production.

Step 4. Production

After confirming the sample, production of order begins.
Production takes about 14 days.
If you need an order fulfilled sooner, you can contact us via KakaoTalk and for an additional charge, it may be possible for our production facility to prioritize your order. (Depending on the amount of pending orders, this may not be possible).

Step 5. Inspection and Packaging

Once production of the order is complete, our team will begin final inspection and proceed with packaging.

Step 6. Delivery

Your order will be shipped from our facility in Cambodia.
